Meltzer revealed that an idea was pitched at some point to have Taker appear in the match but he couldn’t confirm if WWE is actually going that route. Meltzer mentioned that it seemed a bit odd that he would appear without the company advertising his appearance.
Bryan Alvarez pointed out that the selling point these days in WWE is not the talent but the event itself. Alvarez believes there is a good chance that Undertaker could appear in the match and the advertising doesn’t really matter.
