Edge Returning For Smackdown 1000, Matt Hardy's Latest Woken Word (Video)

- Matt Hardy continues to release Woken Word of the Week videos, despite his in-ring status being up in the air. Below is the latest Worken Word - brobdingnagian.

- PWInsider has confirmed that WWE Hall Of Famer Edge (Adam Copeland) has been booked to appear on the show. There’s no word what his role will be on the show. Edge was one of the major names on the brand in the early 2000’s until the end of the decade.

WWE has announced the following for Smackdown 1000 but please note that this is subject to change:

- AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe for the WWE Championship

- Daniel Bryan vs. The Miz

- Jeff Hardy vs. Randy Orton

Smackdown 1000 will air on Tuesday, October 16 from the Capitol One Arena in Washington, DC.
