The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that WWE changed the TLC main event from Strowman vs McIntyre to Braun vs Baron Corbin instead. This likely means that Corbin will get those hands at TLC so he’ll be running from Braun for a while.
Speaking of TLC, Brock Lesnar is not scheduled for the event and it's unknown what his status is for the Royal Rumble. According to Dave Meltzer, Lesnar will be interacting with more Superstars besides Braun Strowman.
Meltzer reports that there will be a significant angle that will be part of Lesnar’s storyline going forward. For what it’s worth, Seth Rollins cut a promo on Monday and said that Lesnar’s Universal Title win at Crown Jewel was a slap in the face to the fans and the wrestlers in the locker room so it looks like the seeds are being planted for whatever big storyline is planned for Lesnar.
There were no names confirmed for this storyline but Meltzer added, “Drew McIntyre is clearly being groomed for a top run.”
